Project:  Re-design of a rolling trolley for safety cable (lifeline) with the objective of reducing manufacturing costs and increasing mechanical resistance.  

 

Scope:  Mechanical and functional design.

Manufacturing processes:  Stainless Steel Foundry (Micro Fusion)

Realization:  83% increase in mechanical strength and 31% reduction in manufacturing cost.
